Yul Phase 1 and 2
YUL is a high-end residential project consisting of two 39-storey towers with 390 units each. The buildings are built on a 5-storey underground parking lot attached to 15 townhouses. The second phase of the project consists of the construction of the second 39-storey tower of this high-end residential complex. This phase also includes the restoration of the Sir Louis-Hippolyte Lafontaine House, a heritage building erected between 1844 and 1846.
