We are extremely proud to announce that we will build the tallest residential tower in Montréal—1 Square Phillips—strengthening our business relationship with developer Brivia Group!

1 Square Phillips is currently the most prominent residential and commercial project in Montréal. Marked by its architectural signature, this project will consist of three phases. The first of these phases is a tower with a unique silhouette that will rise to 61 floors. Located in the heart of historic Phillips Square, an area with few high-rise buildings, the city’s tallest residential tower will offer breathtaking views of the city and its surroundings. With more than 800 residential units, this vast complex will greatly contribute to the revitalization of this downtown area.
