In order to meet the client's objectives regarding building appearance, schedule and cost, Magil collaborated with the design team to conceive and execute key elements such as :
- 130 rooms
- 50 residential condos
- 4 floors of underground parking
- 3 floors offering commercial facilities
- 22 floors reserved for hotel rooms and private condos
- Extensive customization of high-end residential units
- Stepped terrace concept involving complex sealing elements
- The design of a complex outer shell, comprising seven shell systems and several alterations at the joints, required a thorough architectural study and careful execution.
