The Village Erin Meadows Phase II
This project consisted of a 12-storey seniors’ residence with 277 units of different types of accommodation. The second phase of the Village was completed while the first phase was operational.
Optimizing Space and Sustainability
The total area of the project is approximately 350,000 square feet, including extensive common areas and underground parking. With respect to sustainability, the project was managed and built to the Green Globes system.
