Magil Construction sponsored the LDCA’s Women in Construction Luncheon!

On Monday, March 9th, to celebrate International Women’s Day, Magil Construction sponsored the London and District Construction Association’s Women in Construction lunch and learn to allow women to network and support each other.

Keynote speaker Lianne Armstrong, Partner at Lerner’s LLP, spoke about how all women can support and build and each other up in male dominated industries. We can all recognize our own biases, consider implementing policies, help each other shine, and highlight each other’s successes.
